Principal

Brian Ganton Jr. has over 30 years of experience in the advertising industry. Brian’s high-energy leadership and passion for greatness are contagious, and he doesn’t understand the concept of good enough. Brian’s persuasive abilities are among those that clients value most about him. In fact, he once convinced a Bishop from the Archdiocese of New York to lend him a rare chalice from the early Christian era to feature in a client’s promotional campaign. He also used his powers of persuasion in creating an ad campaign that placed an infamous Caribbean dictator smack in the middle of a 40-million-dollar overnight marketing success.

A true renaissance person, Brian has profound experience creating strategic marketing initiatives, as well as creative advertising and brand development campaigns, for such notables as Pergo Flooring, Skoal, Copenhagen, Astral Cigars, Lightolier, GE, Contel, Simon & Schuster, Construction Specialties, Reader’s Digest, Rubbermaid, International Paper Company, Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope and many others.

Brian has won hundreds of national and international awards, as well as several gold medals, for creativity and effectiveness including ADDY, Creativity Gold, Print’s Best and Print Editor’s Choice, HOW, Graphic Design USA, New Jersey Advertising Club Best of Show, Art Directors Club of New Jersey Best of Show, Graphis and the McGraw-Hill Advertising Role Model Award. His work has also appeared in editorial features in Communication Arts (CA), Creativity, Print and Step-By-Step Graphics as well as Minimal Graphics and the Big Book of Color.

In 2012, Brian was inducted into the New Jersey Advertising Hall of Fame.

Brian is a frequent speaker on issues related to marketing and branding. He has appeared before numerous industry groups, seminars and corporate convocations.

Brian attended Seton Hall University where he majored in Philosophy and the School of Visual Arts where he studied under renowned designer Milton Glaser.
